Frequently Asked Questions

No.  Because we start at 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.   Most of our clients are not home when your cleaning technician arrives.

No. We will arrive with all the cleaning supplies that we need. We want to ensure that our cleaning technician leaves your home sparkling clean. The scent of a fresh clean home. 

Yes. We are proud to be pet friendly.  Yellow Rose Maids will not restrain or move aggressive or barking dogs. If your pet is an aggressive or barking dog with strangers, please restrain her/him before our staff arrives.  

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning. We do recommend that you call about 72 hours before your next scheduled service.

 We do not provide holiday visits. We want our cleaning technicians to have time with their families as well as a holiday. If your scheduled day falls on the following holiday Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, or Thanksgiving Yellow Rose will call to reschedule.

It is presumed the home will be in order and somewhat picked up to facilitate cleaning.  It is most helpful if you can pick it up the day of cleaning upon arrival instead of tidying up before we clean.

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will reach any visible place by hand or with an extension duster.
